industry level

hi everyone. my name is max and i've recently started working with the ministry of health in botswana attached to the princess marina hospital. most of the duties have been media monitoring and dealing with complaints. i'l have to say the job here is never easy as placing yourself in the patients shoes is highly involved and as a pr officer here i have to give them hope that they can be attended to and their complaints will be attended to.
