Hi all,
This post is about the workplace where I spent
my 20 days internship. Imagine Communication is situated in Port-Louis and is
not what we could call a typical office place. Having reconditioned an old
traditional house commonly known as “Caze Kreol” in Mauritius which has become
their workplace, is a very interesting the concept. Merging the house and the office
idea is according to me a great PR strategy as they do put forward their employees’
well-being so that they can give the best of themselves in their work.
This is my lunch place, where also most of the meetings
are done.

Hi Fiona,
Your internship place seems super awesome and chilled! The working atmosphere seems to be very much different to what you call the normal cubicle workplace - which sometimes (or in my opinion) is a good idea! Do you like this kind of atmosphere and arrangement at work? I personally prefer the open plan and alternative unorthodox workplace, but every person is different and also different workplaces will have different requirements.
Hope you enjoyed your internship in Mauritius!

Very nice presentation of your work placement. I see you really like where you work. I really liked my job placement too for this module proof is i am going back there tomorrow since they called me for a new project. This module is in fact the most enjoyable one in BA Mass communications for me, continue enjoying it to the fullest we still have a lot to learn.
