I was privileged enough to have been a part of an Urban List campaign that they were shooting for 'How to have the ultimate day in Wembley'. It was full of fun, laughter and most importantly FOOD! It was a great experience and really made me see what the Urban List was all about on a deeper level and how they loved promoting places to visit, experience and taste.
The shoot went on all day, where one of the content marketing executives Anna acted as the main character. She was shot running around herdsman lake, shopping at the Herdsman Inspiring Food Deli and grabbing her early morning coffee fix from Workshop Espresso. Later, myself and one of the other interns Shelby made an appearance in the video.
Firstly we had started the shoot at the Wembley Hotel where we were served bao buns, devouring pizza and buffalo wings! Needless to say, it was absolutely delicious. We had to act happy and excited whilst feasting on all the goodness around us. We were shot a few times before the camera man got the 'perfect shot'. It was a great experience and the video came out even better than I expected!
Following the Wembley Hotel we then went across the road to Hermosa which serves an extensive selection of Spanish tapas and fine wines. Again, the food was so delicious! It was a great experience as I was lucky enough to try places that I had never experienced before. Since the shoot I have been back to Hermosa twice, definitely would recommend!
To finish off our night we all met up at Gusto where we ate the yummiest gelato (salted caramel and cookies/cream are the best flavours). It was a great evening and to finish off with yummy dessert was a massive plus!
