Learning from my mistakes
In my last posts, I talked about all my experiences and shared with you all the particulars activities that I passed through. However it is to include that mistakes form part of my 20 days of internship. Sometimes it happened that all my outcomes from some activities did not produce the desired result as expected and even created problems to the whole company.
As a trainee, I do not act in a professional manner or used the right words towards all my superiors. I am a PR trainee and here are some of my mistakes:
- I took too much initiatives which went wrong. According to this, I should make an effort to ask for clarification. Before completing a task, it is better to ask than starting working and then face errors.
- I used a wrong sentence in one of my blog and I didn't realize its consequences. I did everything to be straightforward according to my blog subject but did not think about any damage, I need to accept all the blames and rebuild trust with my boss. Learn from my mistake, be patient and continue to work hard.
- It happens that I accepted responsibilities but come about that I had no time for it. From this, I learn that I should think twice before accepting any responsibility. I should plan my time more professionally.
Some mistakes we can
kick ourselves for afterward because we could have avoided
them.
Other situations are
truly unavoidable and are simply the consequential negative outcomes from
taking risks and experimenting.
I was lucky to work with my superior. He was always straightforward, explaining me all my errors and how not to do it again. But what is more surprising is that even if you did something wrong, he will give you the same work to do later till you succeed.
From my point of view, these mistakes are the source of lack in professionalism and is why companies employ people with experiences.

collectively from our failures and unwanted mistakes at work.
