10th Year Anniversary is the biggest event that we will have on 4 April. Therefore, at the first week of my internship, I had done some of the significant things in our department, such as sort out the past paper clippings which are referring to the awards of Curtin Sarawak for the coming 10th year anniversary exhibition in our campus’s library; read the files of our department to know more about our department; read the meeting minutes which are regarding to our 10th year anniversary; learn how to use fax machine, printer, and copying machine; make follow-up call for the sponsors of 10th Year Anniversary Open Day; make phone call to the community leaders who will be invited to have interview in conjunction with Curtin Sarawak 10th year anniversary and to attend our 10th Year Anniversary Open Day; prepare and design the interview questions for the interviewees; write media release for the campus visit of Datuk Lau and 65 parents from kuching; learn how to raise documentations and so on.
I am so happy due to I learn a lot from Renee (PR Officer) and Nicholas (PR Manager) and gain a lot experiences from all the work I did. I hope that I can learn more from the all the upcoming events.
