Past the middle mark of my experience at sunset events

Hey all,
So my last post was very much based around the event that i worked on with sunset events.
Now that the event is over, I have the privledge of working with Julian Tompkins, the publicity /media officer of sunset events.
Ever since I started my placement I have been itching to work with him, so I am looking forward to my last 8 days or so of placement to have this opportunity.
At the present moment I am compiling a publicity report for blues and roots. I am looking through all print media and finding any advertisements of blues and roots to evaluate the success of the marketing /advertising activities.
I am also looking for articles that promoted/mentioned the event ( pre and post)
I am assuming that this is the way Sunset events evaluation process takes place in a form of a report.
I am excited as it is to me a project.. I would have started the report and finished it by the time I have concluded my placement.
