The Children Chrismas Party
Dear all hope you guys enjoy yourself during the practical period. ^^ I am now going to continue sharing with you guys about the experiences I have gained from Boulevard Enterprise. As I ever mentioned in my previous blog that I did involve in the Pesta Boulevard event that organized by Boulevard Enterprise. Among the all of the functions in that event, the charity runway Gala show, Children Christmas party and New Year eve countdown concert were the most memorable events to me yet the biggest compare with the other programs which being run during the Pesta Boulevard 2008. In addition to that, I did gain some extra knowledge from my former manager upon how to run an event, how to manage during at ongoing event in spite of controlling the disorder situations especially organizing an occasion which involving the participation of children. Among the three mentioned functions, both children Christmas party and new year eve did involve the participation of children. The Christmas party was organized by the Single Mother Association and they require the function to be held by them. Which means the function is in-charge by them and Boulevard Enterprise just to as like lending the venue to them. Unfortunately, at the very beginning of the children Christmas party night, the scene of the spot can be considered as messy because the children were not all yet register themselves to the person in charged and moreover it started to rain on that night as well. However, at last the event still manage to run smoothly even though the unexpected incidents such as raining, lack of manpower and the unsystematic event planning from the association that happened on the night had delayed the planned time. Alright guys, next entry I will talk about the experiences I gain from the new year eve event I attended during my internship and perhaps some sharing of what I have done in the Kaying Association. =) Good Day.
