Hey people, the internship is moving into another dimension. Am now doing a lot media collaterals especially the news releases, feature articles and Q & As. And the throbbing part is when the boss returns your work only to find corrections with the red pen all over. Even though it’s tiring I enjoy it because I know somehow its improving my writing skills.
PR is about communication and the basic form of communication is the written word. The secret of writing in PR is practice. Write and write more articles not only at work but even during your free times and do a lot of reading .I think you will end up enjoying it.
Thanks to Samanea PR
Good luck

Hi Tinnah!
Its amazing how far we get to expand as Interns! From one task to another, there's just so much to do and yet, so little time as most of us only work for a couple of months.
I really enjoy writing and editing press releases. My boss has also build enough trust upon me to write full-length articles for our clients. Minor tweaks and adjustments are all part of the job so do not be discouraged!
I hope to write and edit more articles during my internship to fully understand the requirements and specific formats of my company as well as the media.
Keep on practicing yourself, ok?
Cheers,
Mei Anne.
