hey there, trust me i enjoyed writting proposals than speech and press releases, the format is quiet simple and to the point, the only major problem is getting the approval to proceed with whatever you recommended or suggest could be done to execute and succeed on hosting such an event. my team and i did a proposal about miss Botswana visiting Malaysia and it took long to be approved by our superiors but finally we succeeded,we had to explain her contribution to the school and the public in general and again work hand in hand with her parents and other related partners, we involved charity work here in malaysia, morivational talks with students and meeting miss malaysia so that she could upgrade her skills for the upcoming miss world..i will be waiting to hear how you went about yours ya...ALL THE BEST!
