Christmas is time for joy, peace love and giving. The joy of unwrapping gifts and new toys makes Christmas complete for most children, but gives much hope to the less privileged. It was a dream come true to the children of Child Care Trust when they celebrated early Christmas with employees of Department of Broadcasting services . They received a donation of food, chairs, and tables.
Going beyond what is expected becomes exemplar and noted. ‘It is our wish as Dbs to show that we are a companionate and caring nation .By so doing we are restoring and helping them prosper in life’ said Botswana television s‘ General Manager.
When organizations focus more on deeper needs of their community they will always win. CSR does not have to be expensive to start off nor complicated. Just being part of this event made me realize how CSR enhances good community relations. The trust fund did take note of Dbs ‘s effort and were very grateful.
