Hello everyone!
Currently at Myer we are working on the exciting launch of Sarah Jessica Parker’s new fragrance SJP NYC. As Sex and the City 2 movie screenings loom closer and closer it is only fitting that the COTY fragrance launch takes on the theme of this series. The evening will begin with a Sex and the City signature cocktail, the Cosmopolitan, in hand as MC of the night Channel Seven broadcaster Bazil Zemplis welcomes an exclusive Perth crowd to be set free and play in-store at Myer Perth in true Sex and the City fashion.
It is an exciting event to be apart of this week as I’m sure most females would have fun working on this project. Last week we received the invitations from the printer and I excitedly packed them into their matching envelopes. Unfortunately I had an operation on my foot at the beginning of the week so was unable to be at work in the important days leading up to the event. Fingers crossed all goes smoothly tomorrow and my foot pulls through!
The experience I have been receiving at Myer Perth has involved a large amount of events based organising and I have thoroughly enjoy the pace of it all. My love for writing media releases is slowly developing, though I haven’t had the chance to write as many as I might have liked, the contrast in writing one for an event like this opens up a whole new world of writing possibilities. Lots of fun, let you all know how goes.
