Hie guys!
This is my ultimate week harnessing experience at Habitat for Humanity Botswana. For the entire week I will be updating information on our website, at the same time tightening all screws of my projects so that I don’t leave any of them unchecked.
I would like to thank Limkokwing and Curtin University for giving me and all of you the break to familiarize ourselves with the working environment. This has really been an excellent time of my career because it offered the exposure I had for long wanted.
This internship has made me realise that work is not as unproblematic as we assume while still studying. It needs hard work, dedication, willingness, respect and many more things that keep one going without malfunctioning.
During this internship I have learnt more on communication, fundraising, writing proposals, handling spokesman-ship for the organisation, dealing with a crisis, writing feature stories, newsletters, presentations just to name a few. The whole six weeks didn’t go down the ditch.
I would also like to express gratitude to HFHB for giving me an opportunity to share with them what I had studied so far and for allowing me to apply my PR familiarity in their establishment. I would also like to thank them for sharing with me, what they do in their administration. Now I know a lot of things about non governmental organisations.
I really enjoyed my internship regardless of the ups and downs which kept me going.
Till next time,one love

Hi, Botho
Limkokwing and Curtin are doing a great job by allowing us to put into practice what we have learn in class. I think most of us from this internship we would be experts in PR works more epspecially in writing feature stories, i have been doing them almost every week.
I agree with you when u said hard work, dedication and willingness are the one that keeps us going, without them we couldn't have learn from this internship.
