A busy Week~~

Hi all, Winnie’s second post is coming. This Tuesday, has a cheque presentation ceremony by YB Dato’ Patinggi Tan Seri Dr. George Chan Hong Nam. Before the event was running, my senior, Jean was prepared the programme checklist; I was re-checked for my senior. She was missed out a video recording and photo capture. Then we quickly asked our colleagues Zi Chong and Kim Fui to do the task. While my colleague, Lynn was doing the master of ceremony. Although it was just a small cheque presentation ceremony, however, lot of details had to be careful as Dato Patinggi was coming for the ceremony. In the ceremony, he thanks for all the organisations and groups for their support and contribution to the society.

Hooray! SUPP Youth group is going to hold a concert by HUJAN and BUNKFACE at MIRI Indoor Stadium on 18 Dec. The main purpose for the concert is to attract more young and energetic soul. The party want new and fresh young people to support her. The Malay artists are come from Kuala Lumpur, with the ticket RM 30, RM 50, RM 100. When I started my internship, this event had been prepared in the half way; I only went for allocated the tickets with my colleague, Xiao Mei at different location such as Imperial Hotel, Malay restaurants.

Today, I was busy on typing the media release in 3 different languages (Malay, Engllish and Chinese)to all media outlets. The media release all about how the party are going to make the Miri City well develop and well transformed. All these are for coming election ‘promotion’. Nevertheless, there was a convention will be held on next month, now colleagues and I were busy to call the committee members one by one about the new date of convention and new time for the flights. Again, as a public relations officer, while say a words to people, have to watch out the speed and tone; do not talk to fast and unclear. We have to be professional on talking, be patience, clear and soft.
