Immediately from celebrating new year i had to go back to business. I kicked started the year by sending out fax to companies for the promotion of coming Global communication Association conference.
The conference will be about press advisory (media briefing).It will be the 5th global communication conference organised by Russ consulting, Asia Pacific University & Technology & Innovation (UCTI), University Technology MARA (UITM),City University College of Science & Technology (CUST), Open University Malaysia. It will be held on the 18-20 october 2011 in Kuala lumpur. This is the first time such a conference is held in an Asean country. The theme for the conference will be "Global Power shift: Impact on economy, politics, culture and Media.
Six paper presenters from five countries, United states ,Europe, Africa,Asia and Australia are expected.
Sending fax to companies for this promotion took me only a day,promotion for the conference was supposed to be on,
Tuesday ,11 january 2011,10:30am.
At Istana Hotel Business Centre,No.73,Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur
On friday 7th i had to make calls to follow up the fax sent to companies for the conference.
Unfortunately the promotion for the conference was cancelled.On January 10th i had to send apology fax to companies invited.
