My first blog

Hi, friends,

Now my internship is about to finish. Unfortunately, I could not start writing on this blog at the beginning, because the first invitation that I got to register on the blog had expired. I got new invitation from Curtin last week.

I have been working in Haveeru Media Group, leading media in Maldives. Last two month I have learned quite a bit about public relations and got chance to experience what I had learned in PR during the last five semesters.

Here in HMG I have to do everything that related to public relations, from news clipping to making appointments for clients, politicians and government officials. I participated some of that meetings with clients and governments heads.

Now, we are playing Haveeru inter-department futsal competition since last weekend. This kind of event gives the opportunity to build team works and strong friendship among all the staffs.

Doing public relations internship is a great experience. I will write more blogs on specifically what I gained in this internship.
