At Salina & Associates PR, teamwork is one of the pillars that contribute to their success. The company is small but very successful in their work to serve their clients because of teamwork spirit. The employees work together with same spirit for the good of their company and they have always brought good results which surpasses their client's expectations. The senior manager Lydia Wong has so much experience in her field and she is always ready to share her experience with her co-workers. During the 6 weeks of my internship program she taught us about the importance of teamwork. I was so amazed by how people from different cultures can come together and work for a common goal. Even though the employees are from different cultures of the three main tribes of Malaysia, English is the only language that is used in the office to make everyone comfortable. I have learnt that a person cannot succeed to work as a PR practitioner if they don’t have a team spirit. Individualism has no place in the PR industry!!

well i must say i totally agree with you that individualism has no place in pr ,because public relations involves a lot of communication and interactions with various people including the media, also a lot of cooperation and team work is highly advised like you mentioned that where you did your internship your colleagues worked together in order to succeed.
