HOW IMPORTANT YOU ARE TO YOUR BOSS

Hello good people!!!!!

It was my last week, everything was bright to me, I knew every single thing to do at work by that time. My supervisor was even at rest because I was not a confused guy anymore, they was nothing to ask her. But the good part about this was that, now I was the guy she has to call when she needs help. In our sector everyone knew that I am the guy to see when you have problem with Photoshop, illustrator, Microsoft word publisher and other, they came to me for advice, concerning what he/she is planning to do, adverts, broachers, flyers. I was starting to feel i was doing something good, but unfortunately was my last week.

 My supervisor told me that, it’s going to be my tough week because I have to make sure she masters everything and because I am leaving her with a big challenge which is to manage my facebook page. I was now not doing anything to the page but always beside her to help her out, which kind of photos can make news, and what kind of issues are necessary. Most of the workers wanted to see me before I could go as to help them with their problems and make sure I leave them with knowledge so that next time he/she can do it without any help.

My supervisor said to me, “we are going to miss your talent here, you brought something new to us, and I thank you for that". That’s when I realized I was really playing a big role really.

What makes me happier is that my page is still progressing well and people are really benefiting from it.
