As Qimeena is a company which deals with events,there was need for us to get in contact with companies which we thought were suitable to sponsor an event we were working on (national landscape competition).
i was given a task to call some of the companies which we hand-picked.
i learned how to handle a phone call and the things that i should say when proposing for a sponsorship
to make a call I first had to find out basic information about the company,then tell the brand manager about our event and see if they are interested.
although i stumble a little at first my confidence grew with time and now i can proudly say i can handle phone calls and most of the companies i called were very much interested in knowing more about the event which means that i did good
