"THE SECRET RECIPE" OF PLANNING A SUCCESSFUL EVENT IN THE PUBLIC RELATIONS WORLD

hey guys 2day i want share with you one of the most important things that one should know when planning an in event in the public relations world. It is very important that one follows the following steps when preparing for an event for it to be successful:
and please mind that i will be giving tips based on the current event i worked on in Qimeena events company.
*    Doing the paper work that is the proposal and getting permission from the people responsible. The proposal should be done in a week.
*    Present the proposal to the government and to all the 14 state in a state of doing an event in Malaysia.
*    The states that response first gets the project because this will show how much they are interested in the project. Make sure you follow up with the state for meetings and updates on how the project is going so far.
*    After the response make sure you get the name of the person who is responsible for the state and make an appointment to meet with them.
*    Before going to the meeting you need to study and understand the state well.
*    During the meeting ask for permission to do the event project in the state.

It is obvious that during the first meeting they will give you instructions on how they want the project to be done. If there want any changes made to the project place or not.

*    Meet with the government to confirm if the set date is suitable for everyone and if there is any necessary of changing it.
*    Qimeena Events.com Company will be co-organizing this joint venture with the national council together with the local council of Seremban.
*    Ask the government when they will be able to hold the next meeting with the organizing committee.
*    Send out official letters for the next meeting with the organizing committee.

Thank you guys I hope u learned sumthn from the post for today.

Lesedi Precious Setshogo.

Hi Lesedi!

Glad to note such interesting tips for running an event and many thanks for them!

Hope that you did not actually commit mistakes while taking note of so much issues, I'd be quite afraid if that happened.

Best Regards
