Photo Competition "Kluang Big City"

Hello everyone, is me again!

Here, i would like to share about a great experience in which i get, since my company organize a photo competition recently, namely "Kluang Big City". However, i'm glad that i was giving an opportunity to involve in this event.The reason of organizing this event is because of our company would like to promote the current property and to introduce the new year packages of the current property.Besides, our company would like to attract more people to participate in this competition,especially photography enthusiast.Therefore, the participants were requested to take photo for the current property under our company and the competition was opening for one month.

Since this is the first time that my company organize this event,the intensive media relations will be needed as to ensure that the public and the media is fully aware of this competition.Therefore, we had promoted this competition through the newspaper, update the information about the competition through the official website, Facebook and also send email to our customers. 

Other than that,my company also organize the photo exhibition as to do the appraisal for all the works from participants. Hence, my departments were asked to do some preparation for the exhibition, such as venue decoration, prize preparation, liaise with the media and send email to invite to all the participants and the judges. I was also asked by my supervisor Ms Rozaini to write a memo as to inform other departments about the further information of the photo exhibition. 

On that day, there were a lot of attendants and it included some of the shopper since the photo exhibition was held in the shopping mall.The photo competition has successfully promoted our company current property, and also the new year packages, as there were some of the attendants would like us to introduce about our current property.

It was indeed a great experience for me. I really appreciate my supervisor giving me an opportunity to involve in this event and thank my colleagues who are helping me. I hope i will have more opportunity to involve in the event hold by my company.
