What i thought i knew and what i know now.. We learn every step of the way.

Hello everyone,

guess what? Its my last blog post to the PR 393 module. I am impatient in completion of my studies. Keen to start working. Even though i do not find my future in private PR companies. What i desire the most is e of learning.

So, the 20 days of my internship was interesting depending on how we look at the latter. But i liked it a lot, it enabled me to know more of PR and that's what i like about it. To learn and to know, not better than others, but to never stop struggling in learning. That's my motivation.

While working at Odysseus, i learned how every company is different. There is not a single way of doing things, like we were teach. What i like about PR is that it requires a lot of practice and being able to apply it to the real world is a challenge. No matter how you see things, we cannot be straight thinkers, we should broaden our mindset to be able to see things differently.

I thought i could write as well as many others, but what i learn is that my writing needs to get better and as soon as i have been exposed to it, i knew i had to change things.

I also thought i could work as the way we have learned it, but it is not possible, yes we have the basics, now the real work comes in, where we need to adapt to the company and its employees. University is different, we have the tendency to work with our friends, but real work is totally different. We should do the most to be appreciated.

I did not know i could be that much computer friendly. I have learned using Excel, converting files searching with correct keywords. and many others. Yes i have learned.

I have proved to myself that no one can put me down, as even if i do mistakes, i am learning from it.

Here we go.

I was really happy to talk about my experience and i hope it will help those who are soon stepping foot in their internship.
