My First Event

My first event was going to be the Pink Ribbon Ball but on that night I had a waiter shift and even though my boss was angry at me for not coming I had to make a choice and I think I made the right one well even though on that same night I twisted my foot.....Anyways this leads us to my actual first participation fully in an event "The Melbourne Cup Luncheon".

I realised on that day that I just loved it all. The pressure of making things go right, getting there and setting all up before everyone else so that your eyes sees first what they gonna appreciate second, welcoming people and guiding them and interacting with them ..everything. The shows were amazing and we even had a Michael Jackson impersonator show, a bit out of place, but it did fit in well. I even helped in choosing and acquiring the beautiful lady with roses picture. In an event every little work counts till the very moment when the event itself happens and I think that's amazing. Just remember to keep cool when things go rough.
