I got a response!

Sending emails out to prospective clients and collaborators can always be daunting...what if they don't reply? What if that email had typos? What if I was not professional enough? Today I sent my first email out as a representative of my company, Denim HQ, to a Perth fashion blogger we wanted to work with.

Her name is Jiawa Liu, founder of the blog Beige Renegade and the reason for our wanting to work with her was because both our brand aesthetics aligned. After being featured in G-Star Raw's official Instagram page, I emailed her an expression of interest with an invitation to meet in person. To my surprise and excitement, her response was quick and positive! I have managed to successfully secure a collaborator for my company! Now to just set up a personal meeting and discuss what our collaboration will entail.

I am thoroughly excited to work with Jiawu and to also learn from her. Her resume extends to having done successful social media campaigns for brands such as Myer, Decjuba, Picnic and Hobbs.
