Hi all, i decided to do my reflective weekly as most major events in my PRS (Public Relations Section) already ended and lots of free time to spend on doing small task mostly given by the staff working in that section. Some of the task i do is Newspaper cutting which they did not do very good job at (as there are mountains of them piling up) and arranging booklets for distribution to the publics when requested.
However, the main task given by my superior is to redesign the complaints form, inventory list and handling meeting minutes. Its interesting to see that my superior officer is creative and easy to socialize with, not only that the staff also did some of the "trial and error" check on my work to see if there is any things that needs adding or remove to make the assignment a successful one. As for the meeting minutes it was given to me by one of the PRS staff and it had me worried abit if what i learned so far can be applied or not. Thankfully it is applied, only that their meeting minutes is of a very simple design and i took the liberty to ask question on why using such format.
All in all, my second weeks past with lots of small task to complete and at the same time having fun doing it. Since all the staff are warmhearted, sometimes they come to my table piling up their so called "Entertainment" which is just fun to listen to and that is when i heard that PRS is the only section with relaxing and peaceful working environment unlike any other of the department in Miri City Council.
