The star search miri 2009

Hi all~
Today I am going to share about the experiences I gain from another placement which I worked for during my internship program - Miri Kaying Association. It is a Hakka-based private association which serves for the welfare of the members. During the internship in this organization, I did involve in their first meeting about what kind of events to be organized throughout the whole year of 2009 and I am glad that I was given a chance to handle an event with the assist of the board of directors and that event was my suggestion to the board of directors as well during the meeting. The event is being named as “Star Search Miri 2009”. It is a talent competition which opens to everyone to participate. After the discussion, the board of director came out with decision that going to make this competition as a charity competition show and yet wanted to make it as grand as possible in order to generate awareness to the public about the existence of Miri Kaying Association. Therefore, I am responsible to produce a proposal for the event together with one of my course mate because both of us are working together in the same placement.

Frankly I am very excited have a great chance to involve in this function and I am looking forward the coming of this exciting event!
