Hi everyone,
Welcome to my 2nd posting of my blog! I would like to share more on the activities i am doing for our company's upcoming product launch and as usual, i would need to be on standy mode as the actual release of the official webpage will be on Tuesday. This is the very first week i started my internship and also the first major task i m being tasked to do and participant in.
I am responsible for drafting e-mailer to inform our targeted publics/stakeholders on the information update and changes on the website. Purpose is to build relationships with the targeted publics, as it is a very personal and informational update to inform each of them of the changes.
I would need to liaise with the department's relevant personnel to target what time to sent the e-mailers to exisiting database. It was a challenge for me as i m clueless on how the process flow is, but my reporting officer was there to guide me and i feel relieved and i indeed learn a lot from him.
After hours of waiting of confirmation from the management finally the information on the e-mailer was approved ready to go out. We sent out the e-mailer and everything went smoothly as planned. Feeling extremely nervous and excited after the task is done. But my reporting supervisor mention, if there are any negative responses we would need to address to it as soon as possible.
The whole process is definitely a unforgettable one as it is my first participation on drafting of e-mailers to targeted publics/stakeholders and definitely not the last during my 20 days attachment and i learn how to build positive and personal relationships.
