The jobs i do at work

Hello friends,hope you all are enjoying your internship.mine is going just great.My duties consist mainly of welcoming guests and making sure they do not have any problem during their stay.I also help management in improving communication between its various stakeholders and most importantly its employees and top management.The fun part of the internship for me was to organize a birthday party for a client.This is very challenging but also fun.You have to know the like and dislikes of the client and organize the party without her knowing anything.The party was a success.The client which was a repeater was very happy,this will sure make her more loyal to the hotel.I also went to management dinner where me and my colleagues we had to make a report on what happened during the week.This was the part I did not like much as the director bombarded us with questions.However,this also helped me develop my confidence and communication skills which I will need as a public relation professional.hey friends have you come across any ethical issues?i am not quite sure what that is can u help me by telling me an example please?thanks in advance.
