Having to work under the supervision of 4 people, I would say one thing that has been the downfall in my time as an intern is not being able to please all of them. Its so good that they are teaching me new things but its something else when every one of them teaches it in a different way.
The person who first introduced me to counting ROI did it differently from the one who assigned me to do it for one client of ours. I had to explain to her why I was doing it in that way. Realising she was not pleased with my explanation I figured that the best thing to do was to call my other supervisor and explain while she is there so that it is clear that i'm not just making things up.
In the end they explained that it was ok to use both methods. It still becomes a hard task when they have assigned me something, as i'm often torn between which way to do things..
Maybe one of you guys can tell me how you would handle the problem if you were caught in the same situation..

From what you have wrote here is very sad, i really feel pity for you but what i can say to you is that dont be discouraged continue to work hard my dear. It is very bad to be supervised by different people and it will seem like you are not smart or organised if people are not pleased of what you are doing but what i can say is that for ones work do as he/she has explained to you.

that's a tough one my dear, i faced the same thing when i first started,almost everyone in the office was helping me with news recordings and they all explained it differently but it all led to the same thing.
what i did is explain to them that the last time i was told to do it that way...but they all understood and it wasn't a big deal.you are in a tough situation, how about you talk to them so that they give you one supervisor instead of four, that should make your job easier.

Please don't be discouraged this is one of the things you will write in your report on the challenges that you have faced with your internship.And maybe this will prepare you for the time after you graduated and go into the industry you already know what to face and how to overcome such challenges.
But i guess if this continues you contact the senior supervisor because you can not learn in such environment & and you will not know exactly which method to use even in the future.

Thank you so much for the encouragement guys. very much appreciated. i try not to let the situation bring me down... Besides what would internship be without a bit of downfalls. These are the things that gets us ready for the workplace and like Tinnah says, they'l give me something to write on about the challenges i went through.
