Well folks they say all things comes to an end and this is it. It's been a roller coaster ride working for MNG Publishing. And i must admit i sure will miss feeling like an employee despite the dreadful working hours, one thing i will forever cherish though is the experience embedded on me now. MNG Publishing has helped cultivate my inner strengths and molded me into a much more mature young man and i am now ready than ever to face the corporate world.
I had become part of a multicultural team, united and working together as one despite our differences. Nothing pleased me more at MNG Publishing than the tolerance of different nationalities and the way they led their lives in accordance with their culture. We became family, fun and laughter reined supreme and we learned a lot from each other at the same time abiding to the company's vital values. It is in this manner that i had to prioritize team work and mutual understanding above money...'salary'.
Most importantly this internship has helped develop my communication skills and my interaction with people regardless of nationality or background. At some point, i had forgotten i still have to pursue my degree, that's just how much i enjoyed working with MNG Publishing. And i hope they have learned from me as much as i have from them.
