Follow up! 13742489

After the completion of the internship at Pigeonhole, I have recently returned to speak to Martina. It felt great to return to the organisation and maintain a positive relationship with the staff. To ensure that I remain on board for make-up photo shoots, and involvement in events, I informed them about my interests in assisting them where possible.

As most public relations internships are unpaid, I still felt highly appreciated as they gave me a gift voucher for their store on the day of completion. I have had a lovely experience in the time I have spent with Pigeonhole. The greatest value I have taken with me is the value of kindness.
Without the staff members sweet smiles, happy greetings and generosity with responsibilities and lavish in their praise, I would not be able to complete the work so whole heartedly.

Having someone believe in you is just as important as you believing in your own talents. As a student of this unit, I feel that the units I have been studying at university have really helped prepare me for this internship. The internship has prepared me for the ‘real world’ experiences I am to encounter after this semester.

Overall, the simple things that may not always be clear to you surprisingly are the most important factors to an outstanding organisation where your employees are more than happy to complete any work whole heartedly.

As famous book writer Dale Carnegie says, ‘Be hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise’ I could really see how this was applicable in any situation. This positive energy helped me complete the internship with an assertive attitude to any given work.
