Rebranding campaign

Hi everyone, I am going to try to make this as weekly as possible, as there is plenty happening on a daily basis. I'll start from the beginning of this week. So I was transferred to Alpha 245, under Leo Burnett, still in the same building and floor, but this time doing corporate branding. The client is a real estate developer, I don't think I can announce the name yet, it's P & C. They want to undergo a re-branding campaign to go from being a low/medium cost home developer, to high end luxury, that stretches to April. Along the way there are many things that I will be doing. So far this whole week, I have been attending the interviews with the client, mainly the top level management of the client, exec directors and managers. This is for the qualitative data that Leo Burnett will use as research for the re-branding, and what input to use to re-brand them, I will be following these interviews, taking down notes and writing transcripts until all the top level management, some competitors and suppliers are interviewed. Secondly, an on-going process till March, I will be working on competitive analysis. Where i will be putting together a presentation, of the current competitors of our client, by detailing the key messages, and attributes they have and summarize a trend for the past 3 years of 6 competitors in the industry. In April, there will be a soft launch of their high end project for the public with the first glimpse of their new identity. Iam really loving it, especially talking with the captains of industry, and being in the thick of a re-branding campaign for a major real estate developer.
