Organizing an event is also a part of Public Relations that work as a bridge between the stakeholders and an organization. Jazzmates production was responsible to make sure that events executions are well rendered for a successful end. It has come to norm now days that organizations have to recognize the importance of strategic communication management through event in building relationships with various stakeholders.
Seminar that we coordinated for Google, is a public relations tactic that brings about ‘two way communication model which is full of discussions’ (Freitag and Stokes 2008, 153). For that case, actually Google have raised an awareness by going around the world briefing companies on what they offer which is a way of building and ‘maintaining strong relationships and reputation’ (Johnson and Zawawi 2004, 5).
During the day of the seminar we took part as if we were permanent employees for Google because we were fully trained on how to deal well with customers and also briefed on products that Google offer. This seems like a gamble they took in us as we were just agents who are trainees, but after all we did well in satisfying customers and this was a great experience.

hi there,
ya true, ofcourse when organising events we have to make sure that they are successfull but again it is important to consider reputation, was your event successful, what did people say and how did the media respond to it? But it is good that the customers were satisfied and happy :)
The organisations today they make sure they keep their brand reputation well intact with its stakeholders and many time keeping the reputation needs the company to be among its workers and management that when they can do anything that will compromise thier reputation, the organisation will not recover the lost brand reputation. The brand reputation is every important for the organisation to keep as it give their stakeholders confidence towards the organisation.
