Hard work really pays off, i got a surprise in my 4th week of my internship. I was nominated as the media commissioner for the Media in Seychelles.
It was a new experience for me and thus have to do a lot of reading to know what the job entails. But i realise being a media commissioner has a lot to do with Public Relations. I come to the conclusion that public relations is the art and social science of analyzing trends, predicting their consequences, counseling organization leaders and implementing planned programmes of action which will serve both the organizations’ and the public interest (Wilcox et all, 2003).
So guys in whatever tasks you are given, you always give your best and the result will come.
