Hello again, this is my forth and last post and i must say it has been a pleasure. The last thing that i would like to touch on is public speaking, i was very disappointed not to encounter any public speaking during my internship. As a glossophobic person i was really hoping this internship helps me overcome my fear and improve my public speaking skills. I believe that public speaking is important in public relations because having knowledge and understanding of the use and purpose of communication can help to make a more effective speaker communicate in an effectual way to the public. Effective public speaking also builds credibility for an organisation and builds confidence on prospective clients. whats your say on public speaking in public relations?
