Shalom Pr professionals :)
I'm so happy that I have finished what I have started and i'm delighted to what Jo'ish Concepts have offered me. Within the six period of internship I have developed a reading culture and catching up with the current news.
Before I forget let me mention that it is easy to run an event provided you have the right team that can execute plans for you to move forward and also that great events are driven by sponsors. So I had the chance to make few marketing calls. It was so scary for the first time but since them it became a routine and I fell in love with it.
During my days as an intern I gave my all to Jo'ish Concepts and I hope you all were doing your best. I learnt to be submissive to bosses and it is with over confidence that my bosses were very impressed with me. During my last day on duty it was a sad day in office and even the bosses told me that I should consider applying for a permanent post in their company as soon as I graduate, I know we all hate I hate the good byes especially when you were placed in an organisation where you felt appreciated and part of the family. Its very funny to think of the first day as a stranger and yet after six weeks I had good relationship with everyone.
All the best in life endeavors and I hope you will practice what you have learnt skills that will help you to transform the public relations arena for the better in future.
I would like to ask you this... Do you think of yourself as the change that you want to see in the work place and if so what is it that you will bring to the Pr sphere?
Go out and be the influence in the workplace:)

Thank you very much. All the best u 2
This is a very interesting yet difficult question to attempt but I would say in order to change the world you have to change your inner self first. I have been observing so many negative things in the workplace and some of my friends experienced it. So many leaders lack capabilities yet they want all the things to be done their way. I have noticed that upper management seems to care only about how their positions are measured. They can call meetings in which most of the discussion is all about them bragging about their achievements and lifestyles. Also when they are taking actions they do not like being corrected as they feel belittled. To my understanding, if you are a manager, you should be ready to lead a team and be willing and comfortable in being corrected by someone less experience than you because no one knows everything. People should create a positive attitude in the workplace by being the change they want to see in it.
If you change yourself first you will change your world. If you change how you think then you will change how you feel and what actions you take. And so the world around you will because the change within can allow you to take action in ways you wouldn’t have thought about.
STAY BLESSED YOU ALL
Whoop whoop, thanks for the time we exchanged views in our internship:)
