I can't believe how quickly the time has flown by!
My time at Muse has been packed to brim with exciting and new experiences that I am SO grateful for.
Quick recap:
• Watched PTC performance of The Disappearances Project
• Handed flyers out for Tender Napalm in the Cultural Centre in the City
• Trips to Officeworks- compiled and completed media books for PTC shows The Ugly One, Africa and The Pride
• More trips to Officeworks- compiled and completed media book and final report for The Beaux Arts Ball
• Checked about a million GoogleAlerts for press on all relevant PTC shows as well as Henry and Aaron, Julia Jenkins, David Wier, Jandamarra and The Adventures of Alvin Sputnik (upcoming PTC show)
• Listened to endless amounts of Lady Gaga and Beyonce in the office
• Learned how to screenshot on my Mac!!
• Watched PTC performance of Tender Napalm
• Attended Pre-PFF meetings
• Went shopping at a mad costume/gift shop warehouse that sells EVERYTHING and spent $398 on stuff that looked really cool in the shop but not so much when we unpacked it all in the office.. except for the coloured wigs which were definitely necessary!
• Made numerous sponsorship proposal phone calls to fake grass companies, industrial fan shops, car hire companies, motorcycle shops, cabinet makers, costume shops and many more
• Attended the opening night and after party of PFF for Aurelio Costarella
• Drove my car actually INTO the cultural centre and parked it out the front of the State Library WITHOUT receiving any kind of parking fine..
• Unpacked about a thousand million trillion fake flowers and arranged them in pots
• Hung just as many flowers from the second level railings at Fashion Paramount
• Repacked about a thousand million trillion fake flowers back into their bags
• Squeezed about a thousand million trillion flake flowers (and some cherry blossom trees) into a mini truck and Liv's 2-door Toyota Yarris
• Watched some AMAZING fashion shows
• Wished I was tall enough and skinny enough to be a model
• Was in the presence of a real Spice Girl
• Am now the owner of a life-supply of Baci chocolates (boxes in every goodie bag as they were PFF sponsors)
• Gained invaluable experience
• Learned SO much about the industry and more
• Had more fun than I could have imagined
• Met some amazing people
• Verified my dream to work in fashion communications
So.. in a nutshell.. my time at Muse was fantastic. Very sad it's all over, but really have learned so much and had such a great time.

Hi Sophie,
It's amazing how through your post I can live the experience you have gone through during your placement at Muse.
The activities you have undertaken seem soooo interesting and challenging, it's such an exciting time we are all going through with this PR 393 module.
Moreover, this blog is so cool as we can share everything with local and international students.
Good luck for the report
