Let the good times come. But, there are also bad stuff that happens. This is post is all about the good stuff, that I have experience during my internship. The lifestyle per say of the public relations industry, from the way I see it.
The best thing about being in a public relations company is to be in the events execution line. That’s where I’m am, it’s called the Activation team. And, we’ve got a few events still in planning. It is where we make things happen not just for the client but for the people in the community.
In my previous post, I mentioned that I was involved with a road show. I have to say, it started off somewhat mediocre. But, I’ve gotten to meet a lot people. We made about four stops at a number of shopping malls around the city. Some of the crowd wasn't as participative.
But, that didn't stop us from fighting on to get more people to play in the games. In each stop we make, the road show gets better and better. We seem to have gotten a hand on things. Then, at this one stop; we were giving out freebies like selling hotcakes. In that moment, we’ve succeed.
In the public relations line, there will always be events. In making an event successful, there must a good strategy and to target the right people, as well as a fair amount of promotion to build a sort of hype that gets people to participate. When you have that, it will be an awesome event.
In the office, it's not always all about work. We do have some fun once in a while. Sometimes random things happen in the office, you would come across funny drawings posted in the pantry. You can also find things like a rubber ducky near the kitchen sink.
But, that is not the end yet. The pantry also come equipped with an unlimited snacks corner. Oh yes, the legends are true. Embrace it, indulge in it. Let's just say that, there are foods that are out of this world. It’s like a dream come true.
One of the best time of the day, which I am always look forward to during the day is during lunch hour, in other words my happy hour. Well, that's how I would put it. It’s the best time to unwind after being bombarded with work during the morning. Plus, we get good food over here.
There is no surprise like a birthday surprise. In each month, the company would pick a day to throw a surprise birthday party. But, it didn’t really end up being a surprise as word spreads around really fast. They would also have a simple theme to go along with the party.
I really like working here. It couldn't get any better than this. But, with all the fun and excitement comes a lot of work that is left undone; a lot of news and coverages that has to be reviewed; and a lot of calls and mails that has to be made and send out.

Hi Jonathan Mah,
Glad to hear that you are having fun during your internship period. It seems like your working environment is really nice. It is important for a PR person to meet different people and gain different experience and also the knowledge. However, it would be better if u could show us some picture.
Have a nice day.
Best Regards,
