The Linneys event was probably one of the events most suited to me because I love jewellery. I was particularly excited to work on this night and do whatever I could to help. I got to the office at the normal time of 9am and did some of the usual tasks. This day we had to leave the office early to go and set up at the Linneys showroom in Subiaco. I could feed myself getting quite ill but I tried to shake it off because I was adamant to help out and attend the event. When we arrived there wasn't too much to do apart from set up a few props. I ended up helping the caterers serve wine and canapes during the night. Everything looked lovely and Parisian themed from the french organist to the lit up miniature Eiffel tower. The highlight of the night for me was looking at the 2 million dollar tiara (envisioning it on my head) and speaking to the owner of Linneys himself. I tried my best to stay the entire night but unfortunately towards the end i had to leave early due to my sickness. I would have loved to get my picture taken but the flu go the better of me! I manged to find one photo where you can see my back but other than that it was a great, well planned night.
