Public Relation experiences and challenges

Hi to all!

I am now doing my internship at the Hennessy Park Hotel in the kitchen administration department. In fact The kitchen works with relation to all departments which you can find below: 

 

Given that it is a new department which my superior was to create in few months, He was opened to any suggestions.

Thanks to this module, internship there allowed me to acquire experience.  Moreover, sharing all my Public Relations knowledge.

It can be exciting but also a challenge stressing on plan. This includes: finding the right proposal at the right time.

In my proposal I value mainly Public Relations issues. Below are all my works done during these 10 days:

• Prepare a poster of a gathering party of the workers.
• Proposed a new sustainable program which can be introduced in the Kitchen department: Re use, reduce, recycle.
• A media clippings of an editorial on the “Festival de paella jusqu’au 30 aout, Le Mauricien news paper” referring to its brochure. 
• A tree diagram for the kitchen department. This job includes taking pictures and process each name, job and department.
• My coming task is to prepare a project with my superior on the concept of “ outside catering”.
