Getting closer to the Ramble it is really important that we keep increasing our social media status by continuing to try and get more likes and followers on both our Facebook and Twitter account.
Gina and I had a talk about how we could get more followers on the Instagram page as it very new and we wanted to get followers that would be interested in the event.
By posting a status on Facebook about our new Instagram page we did generate a few followers but we then started to follower more Perth based Instagram pages to increase the word throughout Perth as many of Perth based accounts have a few thousand followers we did get a few likes in return but this is still an ongoing process.
Gina and I also walked around Curtin University during the week to speak to students about the Ramble to try and get people to sign up, we were able to get email addresses off a few students because they didn't feel comfortable giving us there bank details which is fair enough. So we have been in touch with those students.
We are going to have a meeting with Anthea who is part of the Ramble team on Monday to furthermore discuss what we have done and our ideas.
