Previously, my last post was about the first part of my activity while waiting for the CatsFurLife talk.
The site visit, ends at 11am and I need to prepare myself for the next activity, which is for the Legal talk on Women's Right (Ceramah Perundangan: Hak Wanita). This legal talk starts at 2:30PM and expect to finish at 4:30PM and I was the Master of Ceremony (MC).
Before this talk, I was asked to prepare the media release and the notice to promote the talk to the public (also, it is one of the standard procedure that a PR person needs to do whenever theres a new activity about to happen).
The talk is the legal talk on the women's right during divorce and after divorce process. And there were two lawyers were invited for the talk. I came 30 minutes earlier to make sure the microphones are working, the microphones are not only for me but for the speakers and audience for Question and Answer session. And it was full house !
However, in this talk, I do encounter a problem. For your information, the talk was separated into two parts; legal talk on the during divorce and second part, legal talk on after divorce. Estimate that the first session will last for 30-45 minutes, but little did I know that the speaker's talk last for 20 minutes. The organizing chairman, Mr. Ahmad was nervous as he didn't expect it to be that fast. Other committees was unsettled too because if the first speaker last for 20 minutes, what more the second speaker ? And if this finish earlier, the refreshments are not ready ! But thank God, the second speaker has a lot of topics to cover and about 5 audience gave questions to the speakers.

As I mentioned in my previous post, even though we planned it out nicely, but sometimes, external factors that we could not control may happen and test us.
