Induction Day 2, glad
to see those people again. And, as always was looking forward for an amazing day as my
internship days were almost over. It started at the same time 9.00 am but it ended at about 16.45 pm as we had a lot of activities at the end.
The
session started with an explanation on the House Rules, Followed by the HR
& PR policies of the Domain. After 1 hour we got a 15 minutes break then continued introducing Health & Safety policies, Payroll & Administration procedures. Then, we got a 45 minutes of lunch break, followed by an overview of the departments and the introduction of the leaders which are:

At 15.00 pm,
the activity sessions started. There was a hunt, where we had to go search for
objects around the Domain. It was exhausting as it was really hot but it was
fun too as we were among friends and making it entertaining. At the end, my
group did not win but it was an amazing experience which I will always
remember. The winner got an award and the participants got a certificate which
was not offered to me as I was not suppose to be part of this induction. But, I do
not regret anything. I would be glad to do it again.
Now,
the fun days are over. So, ...

You have been lucky enough to be part of an induction day as this is not the case in many business organisations. I really hope that it has been constructive and you have been able to grasp a lot of information throughout the sessions.
