The time has come to an end for my job placement, and I am certainly thankful to Yasmin and Jesslyn for giving me the opportunity to work for them. I started my placement at the end of March, and those days have passed by really quickly!

A highlight of the job placement has to be the outdoor photoshoot, since it is fun and relaxing at the same time. The people working in the industry are informal, making it fun to work there. They get the end result at the same time, and it is often a non-stressful environment.

Working at the office however, can get monotonous at times. Especially after lunch, I'm sure a lot of people can attest to that. But it is still a small working environment, and everyone is really friendly, and there are no politics when working for a small company, compared to working for the bigwigs.

Public relations appears to be a lifelong skill to possess, and I am excited at the thought of going out there to work once I graduate. I have to thank my unit coordinator and tutors for guiding me through the whole process, and preparing for working life in a few months.

I am trying to buckle down to writing for the final report, and it is certainly not easy, considering that MYJ Designs has several other subsidaries. That meant that I will have to focus on events promotions, modelling academy and even the sale of Minikin Dolls! I will probably concentrate on one aspect so that it could be more concise in my report, and leave the rest for the appendices.
