Hi guys...Its me again!Well, its the end of the internship and it has been a wonderful experience for me, despite having worked in the same company before the internship. I learnt a lot of new things, especially in the PR aspect, things that I never felt I would learn if I wasn't doing the internship. Most importantly, I had the chance to see at first hand how can a company be run and what are the limitations that it has. Not everything can be done perfectly as there are so many factors to consider.
Having done the report and presented it to my boss, I really hope that my ideas will be taken into careful consideration, most importantly, the setting up of the website. I will still be around and will try to push for my ideas to get through..wish me luck!
Lastly, I hope that I have managed to change my boss's perspective of PR. Its inevitable for PR to be mistaken for entertainment with clients, especially in the construction industry, but hopefully my boss will understand what is the true meaning of Public Relations and what it can do for the company.
