The last few days

The last week was kind of mixed emotions for me. I was feeling kind of relieved then sad at the same time of leaving the place. However I got to meet few of Ntv’s top clients personally such as the representatives of Grameen and City cell phone companies. Every month the board conducts a meeting whereby the directors meet the clients to review the proceeding. The marketing department comes up with the report and the broadcasting department produces the statistics of advertisement airing duration. Then from there a decision is made weather to alter the system or keep it as it is. In this case they were happy with the services so the meeting was successful. Saying goodbye was not that easy especially to the few special friends I made at work. As I started packing my stuff from my cubical, I decided to take a picture of it as a memory. Looks miserable but I liked it. I received a proper goodbye from the staffs and my administrator. Over the days working as intern made me learn a lot of things. I gained knowledge about broadcasting, event planning, internal key public management, cliental dealings and many more. I also learned that Bangladesh lacks attributes of PR in organization. Most of the PR works are conducted by HR administrative, and people are yet to understand the prospect of PR. But I believe pretty soon the organizations will realize the importance of PR and will definitely enhance their system as Bangladesh is emerging very fast.

I'm gonna be truthfully honest when I say that I have no single clue about the entertainment industry in Bangladesh.

It seems like NTV received a lot of contribution from you regarding the difference of HR and PR representatives and the same way around as you learned more in different aspects other than PR.

Great work man.
