Qualvin and Reputation Institute companies
On the 29 of November ,after a comprehensive reading on the two websites my managing director Mrs Rasila asked me to further read on dimensions of global reputation. The reading had to prepare me for some appointment to be made later for a conference.Dimensions of global reputation from the reading covered about seven subtopics.
The topics comprised of,
-workplace upon which reputation institute defines it as the provision of comprehensive solution customized to meet the unique staffing problems of a business.
-Governance here institute reputation help boards and their clients communicate effectively to earn earn credibility and secure the confidence of their stakeholders they represent.
-Leadership here the institute help clients maximize individual and organizational performance and aims to improve executive`s ability to lead and manage a highly diverse and challenging workforce.
-One interesting issue was on financial performance which covered on some of the problems encountered by businesses when coming to annual budget for programs to be undergone.Reputation institute`s role in such a scenario consult businesses to strategically set up the most crucial issues to be first tackled out and later minor ones to be later reviewed.
-Innovation was again very exhilarating topic the Institute provide to its clients.When talking of innovation it is mainly based on broad reflections from media to technology to be used within a business, the topic included vast of ideas and issues.
-Reputation is based on the views or how people tend to see a product and of course the institute is proud to be a concrete consultant of firms on their product and services offered, cooperation was the last portion on the readings.
This readings took me about eight days the reason being that i had to capture the whole concept which would help when making calls to invite companies for the conference which institute will be embarking into.
Truly the work was kind of scary at first because some parts i did not understand them clearly which gave a phobia of what if they ask me concerning this matter..
I just had to research on some of the websites dealing with concerned matters and at last it was a good work done!..
