LAST EXPERIENCE ON INTERNSHIP

In order to meet the company’s roles, there are many PR activities that the company must carry out. My eight weeks of internship at 8TV proved to be fun, educative and even challenging. I managed to grab  the experience through the help of my intern colleagues who tirelessly managed to teach me few tricks to help me survive in the  field.
I had to go through both English and Malay local newspapers and magazines, to check and read anything about 8TV  scan to prepare a weekly clipping. I had to look for information which is relevant to 8TV, like press release for media monitoring. These clippings help the company to know whether it is doing well or not even to help in evaluating monthly PR value report.

It is great to hear you enjoy your experience in your internship. Getting ideas of how PR works in real-life is a long learning process. I am sure all graduates from Curtin is able to keep it up :)
